About Me

Tommy is the sixth of seven siblings. While he has a sister who is six years younger than him, all of his other siblings are 20+ years older. He has been “Uncle Tommy” since he was born. What started as three nieces who are older than him has now grown to a total of 11 nieces and nephews. Having always been an uncle, maturity and responsibility are important values for Tommy. Growing up in Philadelphia, his house was the setting of countless holidays, birthdays, barbecues, and monthly dinners. He has a strong sense of loyalty to those closest to him. While his family is very large, he would do anything for each and every one of them. These experiences have made family Tommy’s highest priority in life.

 

Though he had always been close with his family, he decided to move to a warmer climate for college and chose to attend High Point University where he majored in Strategic Communication and minored in Finance. During this time, he was a member of the Honors program, joined a fraternity, was employed as a Resident Assistant, and worked at 1924 Prime. As an undergraduate student, he also interned for Urban Outfitters with their Finance Development team. Throughout these experiences, Tommy’s sense of responsibility and unwavering loyalty served him well in developing his professional skills and relationships. Tommy is uncertain of what the future holds, but he is optimistic that these experiences as well as this program will prepare and guide him.
